Good day Ambassador Rackham
I am Ldr.Thomas Henrikson of the Zoner Humanitarian Researchers,
also know as ZHR, we are based out from Omicron Theta and work all
over Sirius, we have done some Medical Assistance for the Order, and some
Food and medicals for the poor souls of Planet Crete, beside that we do allot of research in to Alien Organisms and on allot of other things to,
we have a wish to bring TAZ Scientist´s and Doctor´s,
in to some of these projects, to make a Highly Specialist Team,
to aid people of Sirius,but we can speak of such matters when the time com´s.
Why i contact you to day is becourse , ZHR are building a Satellite Station to host the Z.E.C, also known as Zoner Emergency Channel, this Project is also done for the [COF] and will be ad there disposal when complet, on more information on the [COF] part i will ask you to contact your brother in the TAZ,
Theodore Sturgeon which represent Malaclypse Freeport in the [COF], im sure he will tell you more about the Confederate Of Freeports.
The Station itself will be Owned and run by the ZHR, and we will be in charge of its day to day work, aswell as the upkeep, what i am asking is, for the Expertise
that i know TAZ Represent in the Scientific world, aswell for you to join in on a,
a larger scale Zoner project, that will benefit all Zoner´s.

Good to hear from you Sir! We've heard a lot about your activities in general and particularly through Robe Sturgeon, he keeps us up to date with general goings on at the CoF.
In short, I'd like to extend the TAZ' helping hand in your projects where possible, nothing more enjoyable than to spin a test tube and shake a flask or two.
Having said that, the TAZ tend to stay away from experiments regarding Aliens, although I know that Doc Holliday maintains a scientific interest and would surely be interested, he has excellent facilities aboard the Medforce fleet.
Let us know when you're ready to dip yer Litmus Paper.

Its good to hear from you, and i am sorry for the short delay in responding,
to your reply, but sadly a small matter called me away for a few days.
I am very happy to see that TAZ will be joining us in this project,
and I hope that the TAZ will be gaining the same pleasure and experience
as we will do.
When it comes to the aid and what parts that needs aid with,
we and the ZHR would be happy to recieve aid with,
a supply of two hundred special trained technicians, //spaceship crew//
to help man the station.
We would also ask for assistance with training two hundred more technicians,
for the next upgrades when we have the space for them to work and live in.
We could also need some help with the building process,
that way we can get the Z.E.C. online on a shorter schedule then planned.
If you believe that this will work for you Ambassador,
then i would be happy to Send you the file for the Project.

We'll certainly help out wherever we can, and on that note, yes I'd like to review the Project File if possible, just make sure you redact any sensitive contents before sendin' it over.
The delivery of a willing crew and building materials for the Z.E.C. shouldn't be a problem and I'm sure the library doors on Pueblo can be thrown open fer some training, just as long as ya don't mind the Erisian side effects resulting from pineal manipulation by a Robe.

Dr Henrikson,
Files received, good to see your project jumping off the paper plans and alive into space! Presumably you have others in the area to help you out with this project? Some of our lads frequently call by FP9 and should be able to help out with specific needs, so in that respect I've copied the rest of the TAZ in, so they're aware of the opportunities to help.
As you know, we ain't a heavily commercial outfit, but Theta is a long way from home for us, so I'd be grateful if you would let us know exactly what goods you might need and what prices you're prepared to offer? Just so we know what to expect and don't waste fuel on unnecessary journeys.
Also.... have you firmed up your laboratory and experimental plans at all? I'm sure Doc will be interested to hear.
