Hone, we've got three reports that you've posted in the past week where the evidence attached was 2-3 months old.
You do this again, I get to have my way with your stuff. Report in a timely manner, or don't report at all.

Whys that not allowed? I havnt had internet for a while, and couldnt report when I did cos of 1 per day rule. Dont you guys always say we should report to help the server?

In three months time a lot can happen. Players may have gotten some help from other players and learned to respect the server rules. They might even have been sanctioned already for similar or the same offense.
The intent of the "1 per day" rule is to have folk only post reports on people that are disruptive or disrespectful - to clean up the server from players that are behaving obnoxiously (either intentionally or not). You on the other hand tend to post a report on almost everyone who gets away from you. That's not what the reporting function is for.

These old sanction have been:
An AI attacking my pirate in a system with a jumpgate.
A guy insulting and threatening to report me.
2 Guys F1ing from my pirate.
Another guy threatening to report me.
Yet another guy insulting me oorp and threatening me with a ban.
None of them have been "everyone who gets away from me"
In regards to that, I think you are mixing in something else; my reports on people docking on police bases to escape my police character. This is not only a seperate issue, as none of those reports were old or posted in the last week, but as I said in my thread about it:

I got contradictory messages on wether it was against the rules, from the admins constantly, even in that thread! As Zukeenee was an admin then, and said 6.9 DID cover that!
I got PMs from Jammi the admin saying he wasnt sure, and understood I had gotten mixed messages, and would clarify it for me in that thread when found out from higher ups:

In effect, 6.9 violation reports were giving everyone FR5 rights by proxy, while also bypassing all requirements for additional associated roleplay. All I could really recommend is requesting Mich or Summer puts in a request for neutral no-dock on Kusari corps for the BPA, which would solve this problem neatly.
I'll see if I can get an official "word of God" from one of the more senior members of the team, but the above is basically correct to the best of my knowledge.

I'm gonna get it clarified for you. Once I've got things nailed down to a specific definition, it'll go in that thread, don't worry.
He never did get to the thread, but told me in skype to just do FR5s instead, which, again I posted in that and said now I had an answer, I wouldnt report people docking on bases belonging to those they are fleeing anymore. And I didnt.
So, I agree with your first paragraph, but you seem to have gotten your wires crossed a little in the second. To be honest its a bit insulting.
