When i try this i got error or character dosnt exist...
What could be problem, that im started a new carachter and is to new?

Yes, you'll have to wait a while until you can use this command. (I think it was 10 or 30 minutes.)
Or it's because you wrote the charname, drawcash password or amount of credits wrong.

Interesting. I had the same problem, but with a character that has more than 40 hours of gameplay. And I have typed everything correctly.

another one started a new thread with same problem, i guess the server has some problem

I'm having the same problem too, with any char... old and new... can't transfer money between them...
