Ah, I see you’ve managed to reach our private channel. This is where you will be posting regular updates about your various adventures… And include gun-cam footage, I wasn’t born yesterday. I expect you to be posting here at least once a week, otherwise I’ll start to doubt that your heart is actually in it.

Evidence of load-out
Once per fortnight, you must post here to provide evidence that your character(s) have the correct load-out, you must include all characters in the post. If no evidence is posted in two weeks, your status will be set to inactive, if a further week goes by without any contact or evidence, you will receive a warning about removal from the faction, after another week, you will be expelled from the faction.

Early Promotions
Once per week, ordinary members may recommend one member that: has fulfilled all the criteria to be promoted except the time served, and is within the same division, for an early promotion. Divisional leaders may do this as many times as they wish per week. Only the Head Overseer may actually enact early promotions. For more information on if you are allowed to recommend someone for an early promotion, see this.
You may wish to recommend someone for an early promotion based on role-play, as a commendation for their efforts, or your own personal reasons.

Applications for a division
Once you have proved that you are a worthy trainee, you may apply for one of the divisions. To do this, you must fill out the following forum, you will be notified by either the Overseer of that division, or the Head Overseer should your application be accepted.

Starting Projects
Projects make up a large part of the activity in Sirius Research and Development, a project can be anything from exploring a house system to patrolling the depths of Nomad space. See this to see if you are allowed to start a project.
Projects are levelled; the creator of the project should include a level of the project, from 1 to 6, which gives a general idea of the complexity, scale and difficulty of the project. You must finish a project before you start another one. You may not start more than one project per day (this does not apply to Overseers).

Contributing Project Reports
To contribute a project report, all you have to do is have done at least one of the criteria for the project, and to post about it here with evidence. You may contribute only one project report per project, but may contribute reports to as many projects as you wish (as long as the project allows your division to contribute).

General reports
General reports are just reports on various activities you have undertaken in the day. You may post a general report every 4 hours. A general report should outline the activity you have taken part in and should describe parts of it in more detail.
