Seems this "thread" was not enough clear. Let me help you a little bit.

"I am this et this - put your name here, title, whatever else you want to be acknowledged by -, I am coming from here et there - you know -, working for this et that." Et then, once a proper introduction has been made in a polite manner, we may be able to conduct some serious talk. You know, Monsieur, we both need to be serious about that, or we will get nowhere.

But of course, just to let you know I am not too much strict about manners, Monsieur, et I actually care about what you (try to) say, I looked up our database regarding any base going by the name "Côte d'Azure". Sadly no match were found, are you sure you spelled the name correctly?
