Dear Sir/Madam
The vessels under your command are swiftly becoming far more of an annoyance than they should be with regards to the Freeport no fire zones. There are simple rules to follow in most cases and it's not that hard to go AWAY from a station before getting into a firefight now is it? Or to run to one of your own bases. I'd like to see if anyone responds to this message, I'm leaving it open for a week otherwise I'll just issue a fine.

It has been more than a week now. Seeing as you have failed to even respond to a communication I think that it is not unreasonable that Confederation bases fail to respond to docking requests.
