Thunderer, New London System Subject: A Few Important Questions Greetings, fellow allies! I am vice admiral Charles Richard Hall, the commander of the Bretonian Royal Fleet and the Bretonian Auxiliary Fleet. It is my pleasure to contact you, and to ask you the following:
Please, don't ask me why I need this, nor tell anybody that I have contacted you, not even Bretonia. The operation I am trying to perform is top secret. In return, Bretonia and I will be most grateful to you. Cheers! - Message Over -
RE: To: The Council - Ryummel - 04-28-2013 COMM ID: Colonel Aubert Giroux TARGET ID: Auxiliary Fleet Vice Admiral Charles Richard Hall Toxic waste and planet's surface in the same transmission. I'm indeed curious about what would push you, fine Bretonian, to perform a despicable act against civilians such as giving them a slow and painful death through the usage of biological and radioactive waste dumped on their heads. Did I hit the nail on my conclusion or perhaps I need the explanation you're for now refusing to give? We're fellow allies, after all. Thunderer, New London System Subject: A Few Important Questions Greetings again. I have demanded you not to ask me anything, believing there is a certain amount of trust between our factions. The information that no civilians will be injured, at least not by plan, should be enough for you. The waste I was talking about isn't of a really toxic kind, but it is quite smelly, and thus good for the plan of propaganda I am trying to realize. I have done, am doing, and will do anything in my power for it not to go wrong. Your information will help a lot. I would now like you to, please, answer my previous questions. - Message Over -

-= Very High Encryption =- Priority: High To: The Council From: Auxiliary Fleet Vice Admiral Charles Richard Hall Location: H.M.S. Thunderer, New London System Subject: A Few Important Questions Greetings again. Sorry for this inconvenience, but I have a slight change in my plan. By your reply, I valued toxic waste as too suspicious, and so I will replace it with Gaian wildlife. The first question is now: "Is there a reason to haul Gaian wildlife to New Paris system, or anywhere near?". The casualty count has changed - I expect some people in the King's residence, hopefully even the King himself, to get hurt, or killed. Civilians, however, will only see nasty things and be heavily influenced by the propaganda the act itself will make. Some might join the Council. Is this alright for you? - Message Over -
RE: To: The Council - Ryummel - 04-28-2013 COMM ID: Colonel Aubert Giroux TARGET ID: Auxiliary Fleet Vice Admiral Charles Richard Hall Ile-du-Palais may be the place you are looking for then. This island not only houses the King himself, but also a few other aristocrats and royalist politicians. Pretty sure that covers the fourth question, since the entire planet is an entire attraction. Luxurious one mostly, so I'm quite sure a bunch of animals wouldn't draw a lot of attention. Mind you, I didn't say such cargo would pass unnoticed either. As for Solar Engineering facilities, they're pretty much public knowledge from the charts that our people brought when they were exiled into Sirius. Doesn't include any kind of top secret place... Hence why 'secret'. Even with this, so far Maquis have been successful at causing some noticeable damage against a few stations in New Paris... Not before having most of their ships blowing up too. With this I mean, it's a suicide mission even when we're already inside the stronghold. So if you really aim to succeed in any propaganda endeavor, I would strongly suggest other hives that the royalist aristocracy usually swarm, such as planet Marseille in Provence or planet Nevers in Burgundy, both falling under the 'Border Worlds' category. Thunderer, New London System Subject: A Few Important Questions Hello again! It was indeed a great pleasure working with you, fellow ally! As for the propaganda, it will be much stronger than you think. The possibility that somebody can just throw a bunch of animals on New Paris will certainly make them wonder if we can do the same with much worse things. Thank you, colonel Giroux, and all the Council, for providing me that valuable data. I hope we will make more such agreements in the future. Until then, farewell! - Message Over -
