Dear Administrator of the Havana base,
an IMG mining group today found your installation when checking on the recent mining rates. I got the pictures in front of me and the report here as well. I see that IMG| vessels have docking rights, and also that you seem to be planning to buy ore from the nearby comet.

Contact me as soon as possible and give me an idea of what you are planning. As you know, the Independent Miners Guild has a base rather close to your facility (Falster Trade Center) and the Guild has an economic interest in the ressources, as granted in the Treaty of Snowdown - ยง 4.4.
I would like to talk to you first because a base in such a position can either be of mutual use or a potential for conflict. I'd rather try and avoid the second possibility, as there has already been enough conflict in the Omegas.
