This is Vincent Maddox, Captain of the GMG vessel Komohashi_Maru.
I have been monitoring events in the Sigma 13 system and am requesting an update or our standing orders.
Today, I exchanged transmissions with a Concensus AI cruiser, designated "AI|Legion" A transcript of the conversation is available if required. At no time did the alien vessel attempt to engage me.
I later received a request from another GMG member requesting that I join with him to attack enemy forces in that area. Not knowing what our standing orders are, I respectfully declined, not wishing to exacerbate the situation further.
I therefore request direct orders as to wherether AI Concensus forces should be engaded on sight, or whether a diplomatic solution is being sought.

I cannot blame nor will I punish you for your actions, as I can understand how you were thinking at the time of the event described in your message, but you must always remember that we are the GMG. We fight together and help one another, for whatever reasons. If you are worried about political backlashes or any other unforeseen consequences that might come to light on the behalf of our pilots' actions in the field, you can calm yourself. If something goes wrong, it'll my headache, not yours.
And to answer your question, all vessels with the known designation of [AI] are to be hunted down and destroyed at every opportunity given. That does not mean that you should needlessly throw away your life against superior numbers. Call for your brethren in the Guild, and we'll take them on together, as one!
Until the time that their forwards operating base in Sigma-13 is gone and they're all evicted from our space, we will not be negotiating with the [AI].
