I'm sure you weren't expecting to hear from a dead man, at least... any time soon.
Sad truth of the matter is, I've got no one I can turn to. Absolutely no one I can trust, and you've amusingly enough have always been there through the thick of it. More than what I can say about most people in my life. You've seen me at both my highs and at my lows.
As you know... I'm dead. Well... not literally because I'm sending this transmission. But the rest of Sirius aside from a small group know that I'm dead. Uhm... getting to the point, I wanted to lay low for a while. Let people forget about Austin Goodman, and take up a new identity, live a new life with Aimee...
Though just earlier today, it seems as though my plans were flipped upside down, as two people found me in the Tau region, while I was waiting for details involved with an assignment for a freelance job I picked up.
Nothing of course seemed out of the ordinary, they both - naturally - wanted me dead. Something, however, seemed extremely off about the way they were acting. To make matters worse, Aimee's name was brought up multiple times.
I would like you to meet me on the Hood in Dublin...

As a matter of fact, I was expecting you to contact me. You see, I have been poking around and investigating the circumstances of your "death" quite extensively, making good use of the advice and intelligence provided by... Mutual friends.
I'll admit, you did a pretty decent job covering up most of the details concerning your disappearance. The body and medal was a nice touch - just a little too... dramatic to fool anyone who actually knows you, you know? Anyhow, I'll meet you at the Hood as you suggested. It suits me nicely as I was operating out of there for a recent job.

Either way, it's good to hear from you. I'm just glad I still have some people I can put some trust in. I'll give you a bit more information in person just in case these channels are being watched, hopefully they aren't. If word gets out I'm still alive... I'm pretty sure I'll have more than just two enemies.
