I'm sure you haven't had a message from me before so first off I'll introduce myself.

I am Captain Ash Hill from the Secondary Fleet Core, Part of the Liberty Navy. And it has recently come to my attention of an incident involving the previously mentioned base.

Some of our members noticed the distress call from the Pennsylvania system around the location of you base, a patrol was sent to investigate and quickly discovered that the base had run out of supplies and crew members were subsequently dying as a result of the lack of Food and Oxygen. A small part of our logistics team were scrambled in order to bring the much needed supplies as well as medical supplies and a small amount of base repairs to the station to treat the injured crew members and repair the damage.

It does raise the question of how this something like this could have happened to begin with, how you became so distracted as to forget to deliver vital supplies to your personnel. I'd strongly suggest you keep a closer eye on your supplies in the future to avoid this kind of thing happening again, because I cannot guarantee that the SFC will be able to come to your rescue if it happens again.
