ooRP within RP sections - Duvelske - 05-17-2013 I must say it might be me, but some people do annoy me a lot lately. It is basically wit ooRP within RP topics. I can link you guys to some examples, but as it would be trial by forum in my view and i guess the admins would agree i do not. So basically what can you SAY in an inRP topic: - Knowledge your char is aware of. RL knowledge or things you do suspect are inRP not knowledge. - If an topic is adressed with several encrypted things for example if you are not a part of that faction you basically cannot read it. People call it metagaming if you use things like that. And also its ooRP knowledge as your char is NOT able to KNOW about it. There are more to add i am pretty sure. But i had to tell this as its really makes me sad looking at some replies these days. RE: ooRP within RP sections - Tyler - 05-17-2013 No use Duvelske, some people are just too thick in the head to comprehend this subject. Stuff like this happens all the time, heck, most people here have probably done it in the past when starting to RP. Perhaps you ought to write a etiquette guide on RP on Discovery with ingame & forum mechanics. RE: ooRP within RP sections - Jansen - 05-18-2013 This forum offers a funny little report button, put it into good use to help with spotting things that have gone wrong. RE: ooRP within RP sections - Zen_Mechanics - 05-18-2013 Replies inrp does not mean adding a simple **Transmission**, the content is more important |
