Hello there, My name is Joshua Wright. I fly a Colonial Battleship named Manian. Today on my little tour around the Coronado system for check ups, I noticed a little gray panel in the distance. On closer examination it was a base.

Luckily for me it looked new and the owner, LNS-Charlie a carrier, was standing outside of it but with who he was standing with gave me curiosity. It was a Solar ID Gallic train. After trying to dock to see if it was a public base, I fired a shell onto the base to prevent any docking onto it. When I started asking question it tried to leave but the carrier fired on him.

I gave the carrier benefit of the doubt and returned to my patrol but thought it would be a wise decision to report to you. I didn't think importance but a Bowex ID ship also docked on this base.

Thank you for your time.

Good evening Mr. Wright, and thank you for bringing this to the attention of The Liberty Navy, we always appreciate vigilance, especially in the systems bordering House space. The situation you describe is rather disconcerting...and I'm sure it's something that the Colonial Republic will want to look into, if they cannot, the Liberty Navy may send a scouting party to assess the situation.

To the Colonial Republic: If the facility in question turns out to be a threat to regional security, The Liberty Navy may be able to assign assets to assist your forces in dealing with it, if you make such a request.

Admiral Rachel A. Baker, Signing Off.

Wright, Admiral Baker,

Finding the base is much appreciated, as is the report. Generally we do leave "independents" to their own business in the cloud if it does not cause undue trouble. Building outside the cloud and working with the Royalists most definitely qualifies as trouble.

One of our agents was able to board the station and assess it as rather a weak target. Destruction should be simple enough, although our fleet is small enough to require some outside help. I will put the word out to others.

As for the LNS-Charlie, I have heard of a prevalence of rogue or imposter capital ships being used for powering jumpdrives, which may have been the case here. It will be "given the benefit of the doubt" for now, but if it is sighted with a jumpdrive and the same Gallic transport we may have to take action. If the hull is reclaimed, we can return it to your capable engineers when possible.

With all due regards,
Commander Roger Anders

With a combined effort of those who the Gallic Royalists shall find as enemies, the base has been destroyed. The presence of one of your battlecruisers had some effect, and the offer itself was appreciated. A combined presence in the Bretonia-Liberty border system can only be beneficial to the 'denizens' of the area. Once again, thank you both. I am sure we'll be in contact should anything else come up.
