Duvelske/[TAZ]Tre-Del-Fida/K'Hara|K'Lunara has broken the follow rule

2.1 Following actions are considered cheating on server:
- Using non-Discovery mods, speed-related and loot-related mods especially, as well as using modifications that improve stats of items and ships;
- Changing account information and using any kinds of software that changes normal gameplay;All of your ships have been deleted and all associated accounts including shared ones have been banned. If you wish to continue to playing on new accounts you are free to do so.
Please do not cheat. It ruins fun for everyone.

Hmm well you make me very curious. as i have NO clue what you are talking about. Funny joke to be honest. But if you consider the hud i got a while back from narcotic and some custom spheres to make me able to cheat in some strange way you are free to ban me.
Like i told a few days ago. within conn i have mysterious lags. when more then 8 people are playing there. dont ask me how thats possible. but its just bloody strange. had it last time with a fellow TAZ when doing combat training.
also my wife says hi. and all the others i had ship access to which i made sure their ships where not deleted. I want to see proof of this idiotic thing as this is just foolishness. Also if you can explain me how this would be possible with the original files. except hud and spheres then you are free to explain.
Going to bed now. and hope to wake up with an explanation of this and an unban and if some where deleted a full restore.
Small edit: I think it might be my old router. Had a small conversation on the skype and it died a few days ago. Had many probs lately with lags and well have since i think 24-48 hours a new router.

As 2IC of the TAZ please could I ask for the evidence to be sent to me also?
I'm not particularly technically minded as far as Disco programming goes, so please would you mind explaining, if it's not obvious to a layman in the evidence provided, what Account Changes or Game Modifications were made which would invoke a sanction under Rule 2.1 and how this would affect the player's performance and those around him on the server?
I am asking for this information with the permission of Duvelske. It would be very helpful to understand this sanction fully, we take it very seriously.

Well i have had a talk with Aeternus Doleo. It seems that crossfire which i had reinstalled did change some files. So in a way i might have had some advantages or disadvantages. It explains at least why this fight was so hard to win. Even with such big ship you had I almost could not hit you for some odd reason. Shame we where interrupted after like 40 minutes.
I did try to practise on crossfire against ancients and some other hard parts.. Some who know this is pretty hard. But if this means I did had some advantages over some other people then i am sorry, it made me also have disadvantages like the one i showed above. And it was very laggy many times. it might explain for me a lot.
If i would have done it willingly it would be stupid not? As now i lost a HUGE amount of creds, ships and even shared ships and people i know like all gypsie his ships are just gone now. Just because i cycled them. It is not something to forgive, but a stupid mistake with an installation and due to this i hope at least all the ships which was not mine can be unbanned. Maybe even show the same as many did on skype that they could not believe it and backed me up. I must say thanks for that guys! Unlike like this Troll such people are only out there to spoil fun of others. and even violates

for the ones who know me and still have some RP with me. I suggest to poke me on skype. And well the current RP's i will finish, it depends all on how this will turn around if i will continue playing or not. Just because also all of the other ships which are affected.

Even if the game files corruption was unintended (which i hardly believe), you shouldn't have used the obvious advantage against the others.

Sava, you know better. Take it somewhere else. We are looking into everything at the moment, but we know that many members of this community also play Crossfire and we are having a hard time believing that only 2 or 3 of them showed up on the cheat logs for it. This is not a thread for arguments. If any of the people allowed to post here have evidence to submit they may do so. Otherwise take it somewhere else.

sigh.. there we go again. I have had a conversation with several devs. And in short:
If my game lags and then at some point it will lag at you too. If you stand still a few seconds in front of my nose while you are maybe even turning the other direction if you are hitted then you suffer damage. I had the biggest lags when i was for example in conn. I guess client - server problems. So with this mistake i did not only make lags for myself, but also caused some lags towards others who had me on their screen i guess. I have no clue how fl works, but that is explained to me the past few days.
When the lags started in that meantime and me thinking it was about my router. I have had several conversations with for example hasteric and also several others that i was lagging like hell. Then my router caused problems. so i was like ok i guess it is that. Would be logical isn't it? as the server would kick/ban someone if the files would be corrupted some said to me. (also Hasteric was able to kill me in conn like several others could so neither of us believed it in the first place.) When i got a new router it seemed to go a littlebit better, still when i got that new one i didnt went to conn as i had a busy day. So i did some trades and logged off. Next thing i know all is gone. And what most saddens me, not only of myself but also of my wife and many others which i just cycled their accounts or even did log it in once.

Also guys i don't care anymore. I have explained it all from my side. still await a reaction of the admins if it will ever come. But well thats life.. it is as always unfair. But we all have to deal with it.. now im going as i told many before thnx for all and enjoy the game while it lasts. also a small tip:
watch out with different freelancer mods. as they all use in a way the same files. (yeah Yuri i know)
