Currently I am living on and working at a camp until the end of July. Obviously I have access to internet when I'm not working, but Freelancer is stuck connecting to the global server. I assume this is something related to the setup of the WiFi, as I haven't had any trouble with this on other networks. So, this brings up two questions.
Firstly, the Lost Characters threat mentions that unused characters will be deleted after 6 months. Last time I played on this server, characters were deleted after they were logged out for 1 month. I would like someone to confirm or deny that the time has been extended, so I'm sure my characters won't be deleted in the case that I can't connect to the server during the Summer.
Secondly, I'd like to know if there's anything I can ask the supervisor in charge of this to change, on the off chance that he can fix this on the network end and this isn't an intentional block.
