My anzlag can be a pain in the ass for the people who fight me, it also gives me an unfair advantage.
So, how can I fix this?

No seriously, I guess you'll have to get a better internet connection, or hope that Cannon's lag fix will work in .87.

I got BT infinity, but IMO my internet got worse

BT is generally quite bad unless you're really close to an exchange. What speeds do you get on average?
