Does he even exist anymore, I have not seen him for along time? How does he still influence the evolution of Discovery?

He is playing World of Tanks.
I think he plays only an advisory role, if any. He has moved on, leaving the torch to the younger generation of balance, technerfs and SRPs.

I think he was older than Hoodlum. Or somewhere around the same age. Past his thirties if not forties, dunno.

Igiss has no influence on the development of the Mod at this point in time.
However, that by no means implies that the Mod is no longer influenced by his legacy.
