Kallisti my Brothers and Sisters,

Today the Zoner Alliance under Security Conditions for the safety of our People, launched a operation to secure stations from hostile forces, that would endanger our own people.

The 50,000 Zoner Alliance Marines managed to secure all the Goals set by the Zoner Alliance High Command.

We secured 4970 prisoners which are currently awaiting processing and repatriation to their respective Organisations.

All hostile ships that were docked in system have been secured and await extraction.

All hostile ships weapons systems have been sabotaged to ensure compliance to Zoner Alliance mandate ZA2514 which allows the Captains of those ships a skeleton crew; which in turns allows them to vacate Omicron-74 on un-docking.

We would like to pay our respects to those Marines that gave their lives to ensure the success of the Operation.

All ships Captains have done a tremendous job in the operation.

Operation:Frost

Goals and Aims:

To secure all stations; to ensure enemy forces are unable to resupply within O-74
To secure all Hostile ships, assets and personal.

Conditions for Operation:

Threats from hostile forces both internal and external against the Zoner Alliance.

Logistics:

Stage 1: All Marines are to be provided intelligence on all objectives and floor plans of their respective targets following a full briefing by Commander .

Stage 2: All Marines are to be issued with none-Lethal sidearms.

Stage 3: All Marines are to report to their designated transports for embarkation.

Stage 4: All transports are to ensure they have Protocol 4 dampening arrays fitted.

Stage 5: Each transport is to have an escort.

Objectives:

Target 1: Lividia Shipyard; Secure all staff/security personal, all assets and ships.

Target 2: Freeport XV; Secure all staff/security personal, all assets and ships.

Target 3: Sparta Station; Secure all hostile personal, all assets and ships.

Target 4: Corinth Research Station; Secure all hostile personal including science division personal, all assets and ships.

Personal to secure: Order, Phoenix, OSI and any other personal that may pose a security risk.

Assets to Secure: Any and all weapons, information, security logs and goods.

Ships to Secure: All Order, Phoenix, OSI, any hostile and support ships docked.

Staging Points:

Gaurd Station: Lividia Shipyard also reserves for Sparta Station & Corinth Research Station should they be required.
Comm Station: Freeport XV
Sanctuary Station: Sparta Station & Corinth Research Station

After Operation Summary:

In all the Operation went according to plan, however we did lose one hundred and fifty seven Marines on Lividia Shipyard with the taking of the Operations and Control Rooms.

On taking the Lividia Shipyard Control room we discovered encypted data both for Phoenix and the Order. This will be studied further to assertain their current missions and protocols.

No sign could be found of the Administrator's of any of the stations, our best belief was they ran and left their people behind to save themselves from being captured and questioned.

All Stations are now secured and cannot be used for Operations against the Zoner Alliance.

Lividia Palace however access point to Lividia Shipyard has been destoyed, the in-operable 'Lividia Palace' will be removed as it is now a floating wreck.

All Hostile personal have been transported to Comm Station, until such time they can be handed over in a prisoner exchange.

All relevant hostiles will be contacted regarding the change in Administration of all bases and the exchange of their personal at a designated neutral meeting point. In exactly 12 hrs after all processing and medical examinations are complete on the Prisoners.

I fail to see your imaginary marines that supposedly captured five thousand people, including me.

Or are they so advanced that I do not know it yet? Perhaps they are cloaking ninja's which I am not supposed to see at all? 50 thousand... do not tell me you started to clone that Tri-Urdent. Well, if it helps - Livadia shipyard is quite peaceful at the momenth with all my people on stand by to cut your lives short.
