To: Lou Marcus | CC: Colonial Movers - SummerMcLovin - 06-05-2013 Mr. Marcus,
It seems once again I have managed to be saddled with a civilian matter, but at least the actual Moving can be left to you and your men... and boys.
Sabah will be playing host to a rather large guest in the form of a Nephilim homeship, designated "Freeport 44", where it will be serviced and receive some small upgrades. I've attached the message I've received from the Colonial Defence Industries rep I spoke with: CDI Correspondence Wrote:. We've already received payment from Mr. Steele and the Freeport is on its way, so as long as the supplies are delivered to Sabah Shipyard within a week we can keep our supplies level. The treasury can send out the fees to the Movers as long as either they or you let them know which accounts to send the accounts to. I am sure you can rise to the challenge. With all due regards, Commander Roger Anders RE: To: Lou Marcus | CC: Colonial Movers - Arioch - 06-06-2013 *Sips drink and takes a puff from his cigar*
Evenin' Mr. Anders, Civilian matters? C'mon now Anders, you were once a civi. Don't act like you don't care anymore. You big teddy bear you.
Anyway, a "Nephilim" class Homeship you say? Haven't seen the likes of that shipclass in our system before. This ought to be interesting to say the least! I'd be lyin' if I said I wouldn't be interested to take a walk through her, that's for damn sure. I'm sure me and the "boys" would love to take a gander. So, on to business. Lets see, to clarify, we are to deliver the following to Sabah: CDI Correspondence Wrote:Alien Organisms - 7500 Quite a bit from all over, but nothing me and my Movers can't handle. I will be writing up terms for the Movers right away, and will ensure deliver is made within one week.
I will be making periodic reports of supplies that have been delivered, at which point the goods should be cleared to be hauled onto the Homeship by the portmaster and his men. Included in the reports will be the accounts to send payments to. Pleasure as always Anders, Mover Maestro Lou Marcus RE: To: Lou Marcus | CC: Colonial Movers - Arioch - 06-06-2013 *Sips drink and takes a puff from his cigar*
Evenin' again Mr. Anders, So our boys were bored from drinkin' and smokin', so we decided to get as much done as we could for today. The rest should be delivered within the next day or two.
Here is the manifest so far, including our deliveries: CDI Correspondence Wrote:Alien Organisms - 7500 As for payments, I have included the signed shipments for each Mover. Payments can be sent accordingly:

Nothing of note to report regarding the shipments, as all went without a hitch. Minus some sarcastic AI and some squibbly things stinking up our hold.

I'm sure the boys will enjoy it! With pleasure as always, Mover Maestro Lou Marcus RE: To: Lou Marcus | CC: Colonial Movers - SummerMcLovin - 06-09-2013 Mr. Marcus,
Even when I am dealing with civilian matters, it is still "Commander", and most definitely not "teddy bear".
It's a reassurance that our logistical strategy works so well, everything delivered well within the week. I am sure Captain Fawkes will be pleased to here we can complete our work on the Freeport now. I've been forwarded the receipt from the Treasury, it appears your bonuses are in: Although a nice bottle I have now found in my drawer, your choice does not match the currently irreplaceable Borneo wine that was previously there. You can pay for a new one when we take '44 back. At least I hide my remaining Crayterian whiskey more diligently. As for any other hijinks you may have in the work for 'Old Man Anders', just remember who has command of the fleet, and might mistakenly order a weapons test on your office... Enjoy the shade, Maestro. With all due regards, Commander Roger Anders |
