I am Overseer Heinrich Von Trapp, of the Schatten Research Facility. I have been tasked to extend an invitation to you for a tour of our Xenobiotic Research facilities in the hopes of achieving an understanding of sorts between our two organizations with regards to Xenogen-centric research.
Due to the sensitive nature of our facility, this invitation extends only for two. If you are interested in partaking in this offer, please reply on this secure channel, or contact BDM|LV-Sleipnir, which operates heavily within the Omicrons.
The Sleipnir is a stellar cartographical survey vessel overseen by Professor Wilhelm Pausanias Sprecher, PhD - a tenured professor of Experimental Physics and Stellar Anomalies at the Ravenholm Polytechnic Institute of New Berlin. Herr Professor Sprecher is currently operating in the Omicrons as part of a cartographical survey in charting the migration of stellar anomalies and is expected to continue operations for the foreseeable future. His vessel, on loan from the BDM by educational grant, contains the secure equipment required for the discreet and timely communication between the Sleipnir and our facilities.

At the momenth I received your comm, I was surprised by the content. It is not everyday anyone gets invited to foreign research installation of such importance. Since then I was running simulations and risk assesment and decided it is worth an attempt, considering by now you should be well aware of strict standards we have - including how hard we hit on groups and individuals that defy Order's authority when researching weapons and other morally dubious projects.
As your operatives no doubt know as BDM have been spotted in proximity to my warship, I had my hands full of work. Overwatch is currently due to meet concerning your invitation to select two operatives to inspect Schatten per your invitation. As I believe, you are expecting knowledgeable individuals that are capable of at least minimal decision making on behalf of The Order.

My sincerest apologies for the delay in response. As you may already have heard, one of our vessels were critically damaged in an exchange of sorts in the Omicrons. Unfortunately, as the vessel was also serving as a communications relay from our HQ to yours, we were required to repair it before communications could continue - a rather lengthy process.
I would like to think that the Order and the Buro Der Marineintelligenz has a mutual understanding of non-aggressions. Certainly, the Order's non-interference in our operations in the Omicrons, as well as our efforts to comply with Order mandates whilst operating in the Omicrons, would attribute to this most basic of relations. This is something upon which we, the BDM, wish to improve - if not because of the mutual enemies which we share, as the Nomad and the Wilde infestations of Sirius are enemies of all humans everywhere, then for the pragmatic merits of the mutual benefits which can arise for both of our organizations through cooperation.
As it is undeniable at this juncture that, at present, all four of the Sirian house militaries are currently engaging in Nomad research, we would like for Schatten Research Facility to be the first to acknowledge the Order as the forefront of xenobiotic research, with the expertise in safety and security to match.
In opening Schatten Research Facility for a tour, it is my intention to assuage any concerns or suspicions on your part of our protocols and practices with regards to specimen handling and safety. I hope that this may serve as a foundation on which we can foster a mutual trust with regards to xenogen research. Perhaps, in time, Order expertise and Rheinland resources can cooperate for mutual benefit.
