Good morning, Maestre:

His Holiness the Pontiff Paolus LXIV has called me to Villa Sephardi, to take part in a retreat of religious and spiritual character, so I must leave Gran Canaria for a while. I think I will not be away more than 12 or 13 days, but someone should take charge of the refugee camp and bringing diplomatic issues that arise.

In my absence I entrust to you the task of commanding the NCC refugee camp, and to respond the diplomatic communications that address in my name. I would ask this to any other member of the Curia, but we've all been summoned to the Council.

I thank you to do me this favor, things aren't now so that NCC lose the diplomatic track.
