Greetings, I bid you a worm welcome, my name is Wolfgan Andrew Silvius, I'm captain of the ship Stonehaven and I work for Interspace Commerce.
I come to you with this message in hopes of better understanding what it is I'm asking, I have seen beauty among the starts and yet I can only look. I come to you in the hopes you could also help me obtain it. The beauty I'm speaking of is a ship the ZBT-100Z 2 or whale as I hear it's called. I already spoken with the Temporary Autonomous Zoners and they turned their back at me without giving me a chance, I hope you will not do the same. All I ask is a hypothetical question, if I get the proper documents and permissions would you agree to sell me a ship?

The short answer, is no.

The Long answer, the whale isnt avaliable to those outside of the Zoner community. The technology used is something we intend to keep to ourselves, hence why all non OSI Whales are forbidden to dock in house space, this is a Sirius wide understanding.
There is no "required documentation" or "right permissions" This ship is simply not availiable to you, and in all honesty, being an IC pilot, it would be of no use to you as you wouldnt be able to use it anywhere but the edgeworlds.
