Good day Phoenix,

My name is Fred Luo, Administrator for the Veil. I've been marshaling the paperwork for a secondary expansion operation for a few weeks now and more than once in the bar have I heard about Phoenix's trade fleet being sizable. The prospect of employing Zoner organizations to help us expand our base is more appealing than the house trading organizations as we would be dealing with our peers.

That said, I'm aware you may be busy with other issues. I was biding my time until the conflict in Omicron-74 had ceased but now stories from Omega-49 are traveling by, none of them pleasant. This communication is just to ask about the prospect of such a deal and how we could arrange it.
