Field Marshal Joseph Garcia's mind was still racing with possibilities since Pope Brettonias of the TAZ had been escorted to Mykolaiv Research Station in a rare mobilization of SCRA Capital Assets. The Pope had contacted the SCRA and while the Pope had not immediately disclosed what exactly he was carrying, Garcia felt he owed it to the long-standing friendship between the SCRA and TAZ to indulge the Pope and grant his request of heavy escort.
Needless to say, Garcia was not disappointed with the results of the escort. The Pope had somehow managed to obtain technical information on the Vagrant Raider flagship the Metropolis and in exchange, wanted to use the dry docks at Mykolaiv. According to the Pope, Mykolaiv was one of the only places that the TAZ could construct their warship in secrecy for if the Gallics or anyone else found out about it, there would certainly be consequences.
Now Garcia, alongside Commissar Tabakov were heading towards one of the many meeting rooms aboard Mykolaiv station in order to meet with the Pope and further discuss the important matters at hand. With Garcia and Tabakov came an entourage of scientists and engineers working on the Tempest project who would no doubt be interested in learning about the Popes project as well as how it may affect the Tempest.
Passing by a flurry of activity, Garcia remembered his recent encounter with Him. In an interesting move, He has promised Garcia his full support on the Tempest Project, as well as with whatever the TAZ plans. What that meant however, was unknown to him and he could only ponder until he reached his destination.
The Meeting Room was relatively bare, except for a large conference table in the middle and equipment that could be used to project and interact with information. As Field Marshal Garcia and the rest of those with him sat down, he could only wonder as to the details of the Popes plan.
For now, he simply had to wait for the Pope to arrive.
As both men walked towards the meeting room where history would be made Tabakov maintained the expression of dis-interest. Why He assigned the top field agent to such a...Diplomatic assignment meant only one thing...He was having fun at his subordinate's expense...
The men and women Garcia brought with him were some of the finest engineers and scientists the Coalition had to offer, most considered Mykolaiv their 'home away from Volgograd and JiangXi'. Their input would be useful he supposed, not much a Commissar can do in that field...His expertise lay within sniffing out information behind enemy lines and ensuring the loyalty of his fellow soldiers. Skills not really useful in warship design & construction...
Still as the group entered the spartan meeting room he was somehow reminded of one of those interrogation rooms with the blank walls and little in the way of colourful attention-grabbing objects...Sitting down beside the Field Marshal, the very man who managed to humiliate him with Him watching through the many cameras he knew dotted the station. He was only calmed by the fact he gave as good as he got which resulted in that project continuing un-hindered...Still he was onguard for any further attempts to...discredit him while he waited for the last guest to arrive and the meeting to begin...
The calm within the air broke as the pressure mixed between the of the station as Brettonias made his way off his vessel, taking several steps into the docking bay of Mykolaiv and looked around. It was strangely quiet upon his arrival aboard a supposed research station, then of course his knowledge was limited to what was within the Grand Archives on Bonito. His personal detatchment began shuffling on in rows of two as Brettonias turned to face them. "Men. For now Harkim squard will be with me. Troy squad is to remain with the Maverick until I get back. No one is allowed onboard until then. Am I clear?"
"Aye Sir!" ,came in unison from the near dozen men as Brettonias turned upon his boot heel, making a straight line towards the nearest group of individuals he could identify as officers. For a few moments he spoke to them, one of them pointing the way as his personal hoverdroid looked around the small spaces."//Sir. Since we arrived, I have detected approximately 29.... 32 cameras to be watching our movements through the station. Are we not trusted aboard this station sir?\\" ,came from Naoko as they made their way still, his reply was mere silence until they rounded a corner finally arriving at their destination.
The disclosed conference room was brace by a trio of guards in Coalition gear, easy to identify that his requests for secrecy was maintained. Brettonias made a simple remark with his metal hand and a pair of his men continued with him inside the conference room, the rest of them keeping quiet as they stood adjacent to the doorway. Upon entering he was met with the sight of an unexpected filled room, giving a brief nod to his gaurds as the waited near the door. The room turned strangely quiet as he began to make his way to the front of the conference table, looking around the room a moment as Naoko floated beside him.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Coalition. I am here with the limited knowledge of only a few ears within the Discordian web. Our home in Eris's bosom is being threatened almost daily from the strentch of the Gallic Frogs and the sound of their war drums. I come to you today as a servant of Eris and ask for your help."

Field Marshal Joseph Garcia looked upon the Pope as he entered accompanied by his troops. He watched as the Pope moved towards the front of the conference table before addressing the group.
Garcia as well aware of the silent but very telling reactions of his Comrades around him. The SCRA was not known to be accommodating to non-humans and even Garcia himself found the Pope before him rather revolting. Still, it was not worth letting his prejudices get in the way of progress, certainly not military progress.
"Please, have a seat." he gestured the Pope towards an empty chair. "Please enlighten those in this room that are not yet aware of what you brought us and why, Pope." he said with a hint of excitement.
The Tempest Project was the next step for the SCRA, and it would be Garcia that would bring it to its conclusion.
