You can not be logged in with 2 characters at once.
We will however not act if you have character A logged in, next to a base, then log in character B to transfer equipment or cargo to that character and then dock character B again.
Sometimes this is the only way to move things from one ship to another.

But doesn't this help with self mining, which while I personally have no problems with was one of the reasons for this rule to exist in the first place?

The sense of my request, its just to be inside the cloud with 2 ships (the miner and a transport), when my transport its full, just drop the cargo. Better drop 1 cargo load with 3500 ores, than 13 cargos with 271 ores, thats all.

Also, it will be something like miner ship is "--JohnyWalker--" and the transport is "JohnyWalker".

Can't you simply use a bigger ship for mining? Like the Kamome, it is specified for gas mining, does it not give you the bonus? It has over 2500 hold so you can make bigger drops.

Well, the miner ships with big cargo hold, have a penalty mining, so... not good idea hehehe. Thats why im using an Arrastra ship.

I dont know why, but... miner comunity have no improvements, in opposite we have only less rate on fields and penatly in big ships, no improvements hehehe. (there are not only Traders and Fighers! hahahaha)

Also, i think that ship is for Gas Miner Guild (GMG) but only Miner ID (me) have bonuses in helium.

Yes you can. But Hegemon have 2750 cargo space, so spect a little bit penalty on drops.

Wrong its a mining ship as well.Can be bought on Planet Honshu and has same cargo as the hegemon.So its up to you what you want to use.

Thanks for the info! But I still thinking its a GMG ship, so for get bonuses with that ship you must have GMG ID + GMG IFF. In this case, I will have no bonuses in Helium, because only Miner ID have bonuses in Helium fields. Also, still having a penalty due the big cargo hold, so its not good idea having penalties when I need to fill up directly to anyone hehehehe.
