Um just going to bring you back to this point Snak3 to repeat what you were told earlier. The problem here was that he offered help and then jumped in *without getting a response*. It doesn't matter if it had been 4000 seconds. You cannot as a freelancer engage without a "yes I'll pay you x amount for helping." It would be too early otherwise.

What was said that day as a reply could be interpreted as "yes", although it is somewhat vague.

howevery, here are my 2 cents:
i usually get nervous and need a while to think of what to write in RP, it sometimes takes me 10-18 seconds to as maximum to decide what to write ,write it and send it. i usually give the opponent 4-8 seconds before engaging After i declare engaging in RP.
