Laz has been indefinitely banned for:

1.2 Flaming, trolling and harassing other players

Consequences:

You said it yourself, "end it". You lied to an Admin, you deleted shared ships, you stole a lot of money, you called people rude names and you requested to be banned. To be fair to you, you did submit it via a player request.
