Rebalance Suggestion: Nodock for Indie police IDs, Lawful Sellpoint Smuggling buff.

The majority of smuggling is done without cloaks. Also abuse of gain mechanics is sanctionable. Don't worry about it.


Weirdly there seems to be a fad of bloody cloaking whales going around who arn't even carrying contraband and just want to avoid encounters.

Nodock should be expanded to more official factions in general for use on their own bases. Official player groups of factions like Core, Corsairs, GMG, IMG, Order and Outcasts spring to mind as good candidates. I am aware that /nodock simply works on all bases so it can be abused, but this is easily policed with harsh penalties for those caught doing this.

Something to think about cloked transports, technically speaking there all of the tools ingame to catch cloaked ships as it is. Though I will admit that transport cloaks might need their ''cloak noise'' increased to 5k or so, in order to prevent players from making a B line to the dock straight from the lane.
With a more public yet still costly nodock tool, these tools would be more complete and thus allow smuggling to be buffed to a more proper level.

Not agreed with ore rebalance, PoB only do mining more efficient. If honestly, i made my PoB with PS becouse i'm have many another RP to do, have another timezones with some of guys, and PoB solve this problems. PoB not remove group mining but enchance this i think. And how was said, ore still require time for mining and it can be dangerous. You in mostly cases can treaty with forces who racket your operations, but always still chance encounter some indi pirats or bloody faction enemy.

And yes, i agreed with indie police nodocks id. But it should have some regulations,idea with line in ID good one, price save only from lolwuts. And yes, smuggling commodity should have more price, it ridiculous, now you smuggle cargo only when you want dangerous trading.
