Dear Esteemed Zoners of Baffin,

I hope this message find you on wellness.
My name is Elaine Claire, Rector and Researcher from the Gallic University, I am currently engaged in external research at the Freeport 6 Space Station in the Tau-29.

I am writing to seek your esteemed permission to establish a small research outpost in the Baffin System as long the Licence request.

During my time at Freeport 6 Scientific Convention were doing these days, I have come across fascinating research conducted on Scrubby Farms Mycro-organisms.
These Farms release inorganic dust to attract native bacterial lifeforms, which are then captured and utilized in other tasks depending the needings of what we are looking for.

During that event has come with innovative approach that has shown significant potential in accelerating terraforming or enhancing food growth processes.

Given the stategic and religious importance of the Baffin System for the Zoners and commitment to maintain and nurturing the Border World systems, I would like to propose an initiative to build a small research depot dedicated to studying these organisms.

The research depot will not only advance our understanding of these lifeforms but also contribute to the broader scientific community on both sides.

I can assure you that the research outpost will be fully equipped and self-sufficent, adhering to the highest standards of safety and sustainability.

Additionally, I commit to providing the Zoners with comprehensive reports on all research findings, ensuring transparency and mutual benefit.

Of course the installation will be bearing on your Zoner property as long i get clearance in this project where both parts can be benefit of this agreement.
