Sender: Patricia, the Phaeton Recipient: [DSE], Susquehanna station
Hello, hello!
I'm sure you're confused by where this message's coming from but I'll elaborate on that in a moment.
We're the Phaeton - a small private shipping enterpeunership that's somewhat infamous for snatching on contracts of various scale all around Sirius - Liberty and the independent world between Liberty and Bretonia included, even lowkey assisting Susquehanna with facilities expansion and procuring some of the much needed premade parts used in shipbuilding, and a similiar subcontract for Long Island station. They're a bit of off-the-books deals and there's no documentation to refer but if you will - that's part of our policy.
Some recent events, especially that one awful time in the Omicrons we had to limp back to Freeport 11 and pray to gods real and imaginary we'd make it has shown we're severely lacking in one of our primary values held sacrosanct - the safety of our employees, and ourselves, as we're rarely apart from the spacefaring crew.
To the end of better protecting our employees in more volatile regions of space we're looking to make use of Susquehanna's facilities and acquire a "Longhorn" frigate - it'd allow us to much better preserve our little tight knit crew in even most dire situations. They do happen, even rarely as it does, we'd rather be prepared for that kind of challenges.
However, we've noticed there's quite... the clog of orders for Susquehanna's shipyard services, which brings the question - perhaps, our past assistance and availability for new, high-risk contracts for commodities from all around Sirius, perhaps, we could get a... slightly higher priority as a partner customer?
Are you applying for the vessel delivery service? (Requires additional payment totaling 1% of purchase price): YES/NO
Are you applying for a partner or bulk discount? (Partners require proof of prior relations, bulk discount applicable to a purchase of 3 or more vessels, discount to total 5% of purchase price): YES/NO
Confirm transfer of funds to our public node at [DSE]Bank:Confirmed.
P.S. We're not averse to the idea of paying extra for the urgency.
This is just a message to confirm the successful receipt of the Longhorn on your end. Please don't hesitate to reach out over this node if you need support with any set-up on your new vessel.
I was also instructed to let you know that we are not considerin' rush orders at this time. A lot of folks are expectin' their vessels to be completed in a timely manner, and the shareholders have decided that this assurance is worth more than any individual contract bonus. Luckily for you, we were able to re-arrange the queue to satisfy your request, but I would consider this a rare occurrence. If ya haven't left Susquehanna just yet, consider grabbin' yourself a drink to celebrate the occasion!
I wish you the best of luck out in deep space, and I hope you'll consider our services again for any future vessels you'd like to acquire.

Hello-hello, Logan!
Yes, we've got her on our hands and my mates are already giddy with excitement to take her for maiden voyage; she's being loaded with goods as we speak and Susquehanna's crew was as nice as letting me use this terminal to send out the farewell word. We'll remember DSE's corporate culture and it's treatment of customers that's setting a great positive example. Definitely makes us consider further contracts with Susquehanna over other providers.
With this in mind, if DSE's ever in need of... exotic materials it can't otherwise obtain - we can provide. We pride ourselves in quick and secure deliveries of even the oddest cargo.
