This is now your FIFTH sanction. We have rules here. I would suggest you start following them,

e) Blood Dragon Guard vessels within Chugoku;
f) Corsair Guard vessels within Omicron Gamma;
g) Outcast Guard vessels within Omicron Alpha;
h) Guard ID players in their -own- associated Guard system.
i) Special OP players within the guidelines of their approved RP.
Consequences: Consider this a fresh start. All three ships on that account have been turned into StarFleas. I figure that's being lenient, because the other choice was to permanently ban you from playing here - which since you DO have other accounts and other ships, would've cost you more than just this.
Rheinland Battleship, Geb, Corsair Gunboat, 2 x Cap VI's, and a Cap VIII and ALL your gear - in addition to 650 million loose credits - are gone.
You only have one other place to go if ANY of your ships ever cross our desk again, and that's permanently out of here. Keep that in mind. Admin Link to Report
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.

The point being that your ship that was involved - a battleship - was not a member of an official faction, and thus has no right whatsoever to shoot the trader. Period.
Realize as well that it was NOT the trader that filed the sanction report against you.
And also realize this - your OWN actions are what brought the consequences to you.
Those were the easy ones to find, just for this specific ship. Our choices were very simple. Do something that perhaps would get your attention and maybe, just maybe, you'd actually decide to follow the server rules - or permanently ban you from playing here. Which would you prefer, the chance to continue playing and actually follow the rules, or the simply never to be allowed to play here again? In either case, you'd never see those ships again.
