You're right, you will watch the language. No one should HAVE to tell you.
(Here's a hint to all people - when the Admin ship shows up next to you - where ever you are, don't say in system chat "what the F just happened" - especially when the Admin is getting ready to just give you a warning for your language.)

Alright, I can perfectly understand if you don't like cussing and that's fine with me. The only thing is, a week on first offense? I'm pretty sure you know how foul-mouthed people are and if you want to keep that off the server again, it's fine, but all people need is a day or two ban to learn and another warning. Also, the what the f just happened is because I was never teleported and it's kind of weird to be teleported mid trade lane use. I thought I lagged out so I rejoined, then I was still there and didn't look at my radar until I said that. Why are you so harsh with your bans? You also did this to a completely new person on the server and he hasn't played ever again, that was one of my friends. Is it too much to ask for a simple don't do it again or you WILL be banned? I'm sure you know how much people cuss on the internet, so please consider that.
Also... The incident you're referring to that you came to me about was in RP. You were pirating one of my friends as a Lane Hacker, I told you to leave the system or get off of our radar because they're working for me. You interrupted my income and made me fly all the way out there, then you call me rude for interrupting you and open fire. Your side of the story isn't the only one, please notice that... Wouldn't you be pretty angry if you had to fly out from Hudson all the way to Kansas interrupting your pirating just to deal with someone, and then they refuse to cooperate? RP needs to stay RP. I was not flaming you or raging on you, so you shouldn't have a problem with it, and if you do, pm me and I'll say why I said that. Don't banhammer on first instinct, question and get the other side of the story, and you don't know. Maybe my RP character is really aggressive and has a foul mouth, you don't know that. Maybe my RP character really hates Lane Hackers, you don't know that. You don't know anything about what I did unless you ask me, and you didn't ask, so don't judge me.
You see - it wasn't me that you offended by your first dropping of the F bomb in another system, but another player. You irritated that player enough that they decided to file a report on your for your language. So I'm just doing my (unpaid, completely volunteer) job and checked your character out. Ah, he's in game, let's just go talk to him about his language.
So I simply tracked you down on your other character, since it was Gummibear that first F-bombed, and you were now on The_Jackal. (See, we ARE Admins, and have that information available at our fingertips and through mouse-clicks.)
The point is - I spoke (typed) in first in system chat to you, so you could see I was right next to you. And it was 15 seconds after you appeared before your first sentence showed up in chat, and 10 more seconds after that for you to once again utter an F bomb in system chat. Now, the last time I looked and checked - and I've been touch typing now for 32 years - you have to at least move your fingers onto several different keys on the keyboard AND consciously and of your own volition type a word in here - it doesn't magically spring forth all on its own.
So instead of the simple, yet serious warning for your language that I was getting ready to give you, I found that you automatically use words that we do NOT approve of here. The only one you have to blame for your predicament now is yourself. If you wish to continue to play here - when your ban is up you will tone down your language. You'll find that we're QUITE intolerant of using the F word and other strong language here. There is no freedom of speech here - if we say that you can't say certain things, then you can't say them. (Well, you can, but then you get to suffer the consequences for your actions - as you have now discovered.)

Alright then, and also; I didn't see a system chat text because when you first teleported me I thought I lagged out and rejoined. And I automatically use cuss words because I'm both used to saying them and wasn't really concerned about my choice of words at the time. All I asked for was a warning. Not to consider giving a warning then decide not to and just ban. That's about as good as thinking of donating to the homeless then changing your mind at the last second. It helps no-one at all, it's just a quick way to get around something you'd rather not do. One last thing, I wasn't laying a blame on you, simply suggesting a better way to go about with your banning. Everyone deserves a warning, unless they're hacking the server or something like that. Whether it's a shut up, or watch it, or just don't do it, everyone deserves one. Disagree with it, if you want, but it's true.
(Also, $5 says he raged because I blew him up for stealing our Iridium, and he also did not talk to me about my language, only made up an excuse for losing the fight.)
Also, would you mind just coming right out and saying no cussing in the rules? Coarse does not mean that in the slightest, unless it is explained beforehand what exactly you are expecting us not to say that is "coarse".
An F bomb is not what you're implying... An F bomb is a total flip-out and usually a flame, not a don't f with my friends. That's a statement and it was already clear that that was a threat. In your rules it says that that is allowed in RP. Yes, amusing, I know.
Edit: F bomb was actually correct, I was thinking of something else.
