We have not had more than cursory relations, apart from a small deal with ZoE, but I come in hope of more such contracts.
I am aware that you have official channels for the request of Zoner technology, but given the uniqueness of this request, I felt it better to address it more formally.
I, myself have been awed at the sight of the so called 'Zoner Whale' during one of my brief visits to the Omicrons. Everyone has heard of the tales these beasts of burden inspire, with their cavernous holds and unmatched manoeuvrability for a ship that size.
I also hear that is is rather unprecedented for one to be outside of your own very capable hands. I respect that entirely. However I'm also a bit of a moldbreaker, you could say. I like to make things happen where they wouldn't usually, and I think perhaps the reason a Whale has not been seen outside of Zoner control is perhaps because noone has been able to offer you enough in return?
So this I pose to you. I would like to acquire one ZBT-100Z, to be used as the Transport Division flagship. In return, we have much to offer you. A... rather large budget if credits are your thing... Or perhaps we could supply you with a number of our own Havoc Mk II Bombers? They're quite powerful machines.
Of course we also offer other... services. The donation of a ZBT would make us more than happy to come to the table in negotiation where we would otherwise look the other way. I of course refer to Jump Gates and Trade Lanes, things that could benefit the Zoner Alliance greatly in the future.
But I'll leave it up to yourselves. After all, you are the ones with the power in this negotiation.

I would like to remind you that the ZA is unable to perform trade agreements. If you wish to initiate a business deal, you'll have to contact one of the factions. Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll have to fill out the ZA form for requesting Zoner technology.
I understand that the form makes the process feel beauracratic, but it works and it helps us deal more quickly with every request.

A pleasure to make your acquaintance. I have read over your proposal and I feel that we have the basis for some common ground. I am in need of some different ships and such and one of your Havocs may be a good fit. Of course, I'm always looking to expand trade routes.
Yes, the whale is a fine piece of equipment and I know how people can be with them. I would like a business deal for all Zoner factions for Havocs and being able to purchase your fine trade lane parts and such. Let me see what we can figure out on this. I feel confident we can do something.
Havoc supply will be possible without question. We have many stockpiled in our hangers ready to be shipped already.
As for clearance to ship Gate/Lane Parts... This is a much more complicated process, and allow me to make it clear. We do not sell the Gate/Lane Parts, but set up contracts for companies or individuals to move those parts to the Gate Construction Sites across Sirius. The process is monitored closely to ensure none of the parts go missing enroute to the sites.
I'm afraid I cannot allow the entirety of the Zoner people permission to move the technology, as it is much too sensitive. All Ageira employees are screened and psych evaluated before ever coming near the 'White Box' technology, and the same with the DSE and Universal transport crews. This is a long and strenuous process, as you can imagine.
In short, it will not be possible without some sort of heavy compromise. I am willing to allow One transport from each Zoner Faction to go through the necessary Security screening. We will also require members of the Ageira Security Force to be aboard your vessels at all times, when the technology is in your hold. This may seem drastic, but our technology is of course highly sensitive, not to mention dangerous. In return, I'm more than happy to crew the ZBT with Zoner mechanics, should you have fear that Ageira will steal your own technology.
As you may be aware there has been a change of leadership in Ageira Technologies.
However I hope this has not affected these negotiations. You have not replied to my predecessors proposal, so in summary;
We wish to aquire a ZBT-100Z Class Zoner Transport for Agiera's use.
In exchange, you will have access to the production facilities of our Havoc MKII Bombers, and may commission as many as you wish, however please inform us each time you do so.
You also requested the rights to ship Gate/Lane parts to Construction sites. Due to security risks we cannot allow this to the Zoners as a whole, however one transport ship from each of the Zoner factions may go trough the required training and be given rights to ship Gate/Lane parts under the Ageira Security Force's watchful eye.

First of all congratulations on your promotion to CEO. I don't think it will cause any trouble with negotiations.
I do apologize for not responding. Between the many issues before the Zoner Alliance, becoming a father and having been performing a lot of surgeries aboard Med.Force.One, I find myself quite busy.
As far as I know, the other Zoner factions didn't seem to interested in a trade exchange for running trade lane parts but I'm quite certain that they may take interest in a Havoc bomber or two. That would be up to each individual faction, of course. I will say that I am interested in procuring at least one for ourselves.
I do understand the security issues of trade lane parts. I would like to point out that we in the Temporary Autonomous Zoners have an easy run for such parts to the Gate Construction Site in Tau 23 where they are so needed and we can return to Pueblo Station with berrylium for your operations with equal ease. I think this could be a huge benefit to you. While our own Whale transports aren't allowed to dock at Pueblo, we do have some Border Worlds Transports that can make the trip. I would ask of you to allow ONLY those who fly this ship to be allowed to make this run, myself included. It's more than the one ship per faction you mention but you stand to gain much.
So, in short, I propose that in exchange for one of our Whale transports for Ageira that:
-Temporary Autonomous Zoner BWT's be allowed to run trade lane parts to Tau 23.
-The purchase of a Havoc II bomber
-Other Zoner factions also be allowed to purchase the bomber.

Gate/Lane Parts may only be shipped to the Tau-23 Gate Construction Site.
Zoner vessles may not assist pirates in any way while Ageira personell and equipment is onboard.
If the Zoner Factions break any of the above conditions, then this contract is automatically terminated.
This contract is valid until the Tau-23 gate is completed.
Also, here is a contract for Zoner use of Havoc MKII Bombers.

These ships will only be used by Zoner Faction members, and will not be given to anyone else.
If a Zoner Faction break any of the above conditions, then their usage rights will be revoked.
This contract is valid until any of the above conditions are broken.
