Bonjour ma soeur.
I am well aware that you are very busy with the frontlines right now, but things have taken an unexpected turn of events, and I feel you should be the first person to know about this before this possibility is considered.
Two days ago, I sent a personal transmission to the Colonial Republic's office of foreign affairs to exprime my resentment on the current status of our relations. It seems they decided to hand over my transmission to one of their military representatives, as apparently their government did not seem to wish to bother replying to my message. This man is known as the Admiral Terrence Westridge. Against all odds, we still continued to talk together, and both exprimed what we thought of the situation.
It would seem that our small communication issues with the Sirians related to our language differences caused the current situation. The Admiral Westridge believes the choice of words from our father created a misunderstanding due to the meaning of these words in the Sirian language. I explained to the Admiral what dad really meant, and it seems he was baffled that a so small misunderstanding led to this bloodshed.
He decided to talk about this on his side, and I promised I would do the same on my side, starting with you.
You will find a channel link with this message, containing as well a dump of our previous messages.
Perhaps we won't share the same view on the matter entierely, like on a lot of things, but please consider the arguments I have put forward in my answers.

I find it had to imagine that their vehement and spirited hate and violence was solely the result of a miscommunication that any intelligence or rational person would've refused to be stumped by. That being said, if they've noticed their stupidity and the uselessness of their resistance, I'm not adverse to discussion, nor have I ever been. Getting the approval of father or myself will take far more than a simple apology however. Were they to cooperate at the start we'd have amiable relations, but with their actions they've created a lot of displeasure from both Gallia's leaders and our military officers and pilots. They best be prepared to make amends for that if they have a hope for a cease to our hostilities. I'm sure you know that Gallia is not anxious to war needlessly, but once roused we do not calm easily.
