Broken Missions

So here's what happened.
restarted Gallia.
worked up rep with Counsil via doing missions to kill navy ships.

went to orkney.
took a bribe to increase rep with Gallic Police - worked while in the base, but launched and it went back to red.

flew to Freeport6
took a bribe for bounty hunters
took a job to kill outcasts
went to the mission waypoint - no outcasts

thought it might be an issue with my client, so I restarted my computer and tried again.

took a new mission - no outcasts

at this point, i figured there might be bugs with missions for the counsil outside Gallia.
went back to Champagne.
tried taking a mission there, still no enemy ships showing up at the mission waypoint.

has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, just now as a matter of fact.
I also had the problem of not being able to abort the mission/s that I took, even after the 'abort' button magically re-appeared.

The only way to abort them was to dock, log out on that ship, then log in again.

Just slightly annoying.

@My Alt, yep wait for server restart..... wait, those don't happen as often as they used to these days or do they still do restarts daily?

It's been a while since I was during the time of day when they used to do them, anywhere between 3pm-6pm West Australian time.
