What bug?

Krupp Munitions and Falcon Enterprises Base had Jumpdrive Module Factory in construction. After they finished, the thing turned out to a hyperspace scanner factory.

Note that both bases had Hyperspace scanner factory already constructed

Just to clear things up, Krupp didn't have a Hyperspace scanner factory constructed when the jump drive factory was being constructed. When the jumpdrive factory finished constructing, at that point it turned into a Hyperspace scanner factory.
