Also depending on what ID you have it will not be possible to alter some reputations. The AI ID is always hostile to the Order for instance I think, no matter what you do.
Do you mean that there's another faction that you already have the IFF for? If so then you need to use the /droprep command which will drop your top repped faction and remove the IFF. If you then log out and back in again, then the next one will be your IFF. Keep doing this until you get AI IFF. Beware though, the /droprep command costs 200k per use.
There is no "AI" IFF. You can use the one most suitable to the kind of AI you're playing.
