Guten abend meine Herren. It seems that we have some pressing matters to discuss.
Today we have received a transmission from the Bounty Hunters Guild regarding your group. Now, their accusations are quite, well, severe. Unfortunately for you I should say, they have proof to back it up. Now meine Herren, since I always like to hear both sides of a story, this is your chance to negate those accusations.
The Bounty Hunters claim that the pilots:

...engaged a Guild gunboat in Omega 15. The Guild, and the evidence they presented, shows that the mentioned pilots demanded the Bounty Hunter to drop the credit cards that he had aboard his ship. When he refused, they opened fire on him in a close vicinity to Rostock station itself.
Now, meine Herren, as you may or may not know, Rostock station is off limits to the Rheinland Militär. You have no business docking there. As a matter of fact, you have no business even flying around the vicinity of the station, especially in a damned capital ship. That area is off limits to you and any other Militär pilot, as per agreement with the Guild. Furthermore, demanding credit cards? Really? What are you, pirates, or soldiers of Rheinland?
Herren, I want to hear exactly what happened, from your own mouth. You have exactly one day to respond to this transmission. If you fail to do so, harsh consequences may follow. I wont have our secondary fleet pilots running around, robbing civilians and doing whatever they please. You are making Rheinland look bad, and that is unacceptable.
Well, one day has passed and you have not responded. What a shock! No, really, Im genuinely shocked.
I have no doubt that you will not listen to, or listen to and ignore this transmission as well, but I am still going to make it. Principles, you know... well, you probably dont.
Since die Herren wont come to the Militär, then the Militär will come to you. I cant question you here, but I can sure as hell question you on the field. And I'll be damned if I wont look for you. I have issued the same order to my men as well. You can avoid us for only so long.
As for the consequences for ignoring this little thing here, I am going to make you scrub the god damn toilets on the Strausberg with your fingers if I have to! And then you are going to stand guard on each gate in New Berlin, scanning every god damn ship that passes through, every day, every hour! After that you'll think that cleaning those toilets was an exciting roller-coast ride!
