I'm not going to stop arguing just because you don't like it. OP is wrong, you're wrong, attempt disprove it or stfu. I have already made my point. Whether or not you like someone has no bearing on the accuracy of their statements.

Just want some RP that doesn't involve pewpew? Lolno, first and foremost this involves combat. OP is asking for a law to authorize the use of force against loiterers. If you read the comm channels you'll notice that Interspace Commerce successfully petitioned LPI to remove loiterers from Newark, but was approved only without the use of force. This potential change is by definition RP that involves combat.

If you want to stop the rampant arguing, how about people stop making conceptually flawed contradictory and hypocritical statements.
