It would seem that a member of the LPI has decided to abuse his position of authority to kidnap one of my most favorite pilots, Inawari Takahashi, from my liner, The Jounetsu.

Upon my refusal, naturally, The LPI vessel opened fire, Most likely under the impression that he could take him by force. Luckily the very pilot who was under threat, was able to masterfully avoid the fire long enough for the LPI pilot to give up.

I want to press charges and sue for damages against the individual for firing on my vessel without proper justification.

However if you're going to dismiss this based on him not being one of your officers, (which he was, proudly showing off his LPI Identification card) I urge you to reconsider.

But If you want to stand by this statement, you should consider that there are a lot of freelance law enforcers in liberty, SOMEONE has to be held accountable, and has to enforce strict discipline.
