By my hand the Treaty of Seychelles was signed. This had allowed the Molly Republic to call Gallia its ally.

Now... almost a year into the war with our enemy of Bretonia, I hear disturbing reports that parts of my most honorable Royal Navy has been attacking transports of the Molly Republic. This is a direct violation of the Treaty of Seychelles, and by extention a direct insult to me. The King.

This shall not go unpunished. Anyone who dares to disobey this order will be executed for treason. I will not repeat myself.
