The base will be used as our home. We have witnessed the recent troubles in both Omicron Kappa and Omicron 74 and have reasoned that it is safer for us to build our own base away from hostilities.

Since this base will be our home, only ships that are controlled by the "Talos" AI will be allowed docking rights. Since the base would be in your space, we expect that you will wish access for periodic inspection purposes. This is acceptable to us.

We are an independent AI. We have no partners. More information regarding us can be found on the neural net. Some of your people may well have seen us, since we make regular food runs to planet Crete.

Buenos dias Talos,
the Elders have come to a conclusion - the Corsair Empire hereby allows you to set up a base for your personal use in the Omicron Lambda system.
The Empire demands this base to be located at least 5k away from any Corsair installation as well as all jump holes within the system.
Furthermore we would like to know the exact position of said base in case we need to check up on it, this can be done via more discrete channels if preferred.

As soon to be inhabitant of the system you have to be aware that from time to time spies from the honorless Outcasts might find a way to your base, the Empire demands all of them either dead or captured so we can "process" them. You are bound to report any findings of Outcast, Bounty hunter or otherwise suspicious activities to the Empire - and of course not harboring any of them.

I final remark: at this time a small band of worhtless souls that turned coat on the Corsair Empire is harassing small private installations such as yours is going to be. Note, that tthese are convicted traitors and you might attack them or defend yourself without remorse.
