Senor Magisterio! *gets happy* Glad to see you, si! No need to apologize, all is bueno now, all settled in old traditional Spartan way!
It's so nice to cooperate with you, hermano Magisterio. My brave Carabineros already informed me about Magallanes mucho grande hospitality, as they always share their rations with my men. Unfortunately, it keeps my patrols in Gran Canaria's orbit, instead of chasing smugglers deep space. But, who cares... what would they be able to smuggle anyway?
And thanks for the heads up about NCC camp *makes a note*. In order to share more information, I have one for you: we've repaired some of damaged sausage factories and production is on remarkable 33% now! We even signed more contracts with local Pet rescue and adoption services! Until we rise our production a bit more, we humbly ask you to deliver more rations to Santa Barbara camp ASAP. We even have some of your people there, all in high demand for food. Senor Trueno is talking to them right now, but they can't cooperate well with their stomach empty.
I'm sure fiesta time is very close now and I hope to see you both on our VIP reception when we make one.
Deux be with you too, hermano Magisterio. *bows like never bowed before*

Señor Comisario:
I'm delighted to hear how your men are achieving to implement the infrastructure that had been destroyed by the unfortunate bombing. That is, certainly, a great new.
Of course I'll send rations to Santa Barbara. In fact immediately. We've a NCC freighter in the docks with 630 boxes of military rations in its cargo, which will now leave to the refugee camp. It get there in less than half an hour. I hope that, by the time, you can work with it, until we can send more.
And don't worry about our people, Señor Comisario. Few hours ago NCC sent a Pontifical Guard officer to Santa Barbara, to order them to cooperate with the Corsair troops. At this time NCC men have already handed over the security of the camp to the Señor Trueno Benitez forces, and placed under his orders.
I'm really looking forward to enjoy this gran fiesta, caballero.
Deux be with you

*an imperceptible gesture of surprise crosses his face*
-Ah suicide bombing... i think that this barbarian methods are left in the 21th century..., says to himself.
Ah, Comisario, Buenos Dias.
I wish to let you know that the 15 Piqueros have landed safe and 10 are deployed at Black Marshes Camp.
I have here a preliminary report of what happened, it seems that the camp was destroyed by a fire that occurred at the entrance, but two of the bodies found had been shot premorten, it seems that some kind of shooting started in the entry control point, and after that, the attackers set fire to the camp to hide their tracks.
The deaths are estimated that between 16 and 57 people that day, but it's hard to know for sure, since the bodies found are in very bad condition, some even savagely mutilated.
I will inform more detailed manner when the investigation progress.
By the way, have your carabineros patrols in the area?, If so I would like to talk to their section bosses to see if they heard or saw something strange during their patrols through the swamps, ofcourse, as long as you give me your okay.
In another vein, the remaining 5 have been sent to Plain Fields Village.
Detected radiation levels there far exceed the safe, so that the inhabitants of the camp are being evacuated and resettled at the camp run by the NCC. Six firefighters and a doctor have decided to stay to find more survivors, my pikemen will stay there to help in search and rescue work.
About that party i only say, Do not sell the bear's skin before being hunted, señor.
One last thing, I have been informed about certain problems are you having in Santa Barbara with the natives.
The 17 members of the NCC security that are there have excellent relationships with local, they known to most of the Zoners inhabitants, so if you give the go ahead, they will stay there to make a link between you and them, a Alferez is already there to take command and imediatamente placed under your command.
If anyone gives you trouble, porfavor, contact with me, I will teach the smell of a hazel stick! so they will learn discipline!
Good day Comisario, and Deux be with all of us.

Sorry to hear you came too late for people of Black Marshes. We could send some troops there earlier, but... we always go that place when everybody else is OK. We had similar cases before, so my men kinda... evade that place. You know... simple people are so superstitious sometimes. And there is that legend of Black Marshes. About glowing things in forests at night. But ... it's just a stupido story to scare local children from going deep to forest.
However, I'll share last photo of security camera from one farm. It was some years ago, all dead, farm burned to the ground... *sigh*
*stops talking. Uploading photo... Uploaded.*
