I have not taken part in any operation and seek refuuge here, I just parked my vessels in front. And was threatened to be destroyed.

This matter has been passed onto myself, the Chief of Investigation for the BPA, as it regards a matter of law. After reviewing your accusations I have found it severely lacking.

You have provided no evidence in your own defense as to your reasons for 'peacefully' being there, given that you appear to be some sort of Gallic Junker flying a Gallic ship then you would indeed be classed as Hostile under Bretonian Interstellar Law, Section 1 Subsection 5 "Hostile Entities", and open to immediate fines or destruction. Should be, however unlikely going by your accent, be a Sirius Junker flying a Gallic ship then you're still in violation of the law regarding restricted ships, under Section 3 Subsection 13 "Ships Manufactured by Hostile Nations", and again open to fines and possible destruction if you should refuse.

Give that it has been established that you're indeed breaking Bretonian Law then the Bretonian Government has full authority under the Treaty of Curacao to detain you regardless of your location, as stated in Article II Clause 6
"The Liberty Navy and Bretonian Armed Forces retain the right to pursue outlaws caught in criminal acts within their home space into Magellan and Cortez, there to catch and impose punishment upon them."
Give that Gallia is at war with both Houses and, as established, your are either a Gallic or working with them then you're defined as one part of the whole of the Gallic Entity, which has been responsible for both pirate and terrorist acts in Bretonian space, and thus are deemed to be an accomplice of such war crimes. So under the previously mentioned Clause, and in addition Clauses 3 and 4 from Article III, your rights regarding the Treaty of Curacao was suspended as we most certainty do not extend such rights to those we are at war with.

So in conclusion, the status of the No Fire Zone around Freeport 4 was negated when forces from the Bretonian military were seeking to apprehend a criminal of the Law.
