The Forum's running costs.

I really don't want to sound nosy but I am wondering if someone who helps maintain the forum contact me and I can discuss with them the kind of limitations and costs that this forum has?

I am interested in buying a forum skin from the same company that Igiss bought this skin from and considering this forum is very busy, I'm wondering what my personal expenses would be if my future forum was to match Discoverygc.com in size?

Also if my future forum that I buy some AudentioDesign and hosted by MyBB, if it begins to make a profit from advertisement or whatever else, if it turns out that I have limited control or even no control at all over the site and if its best to get a professional website design and development company to do it instead so I own 100% for sure?

I also have other questions but those are the main.

Ah right yes, thank you both! If I was to use this web design company called Audentio Design.. do I actually own 100% the forum and its existence if I should chose to sell it onto another party or edit to my hearts desire with other companies etc etc?

The software is called MyBB which is open source so you can do whatever with it
