You are very concise, it appears you have put a great deal of thought into this approach. I will assemble a team of my best men to deal with this accordingly. As for resources, I believe we will need a vessel of civilian trait to conduct our business. We are in possession of a number of said vessels, one of which is already in use, yet no longer being monitored on our tracking system. Nevertheless we will still be able to carry out said task without a problem.

I will have a team of technicians dismantle all IFF capabilities to ensure that shadow protocol is initiated, in fact I have already taken the liberty of submitting this approach to our technical team. I will also have a wing of Agents on stand by, to coordinate and keep a close eye on our operatives that will be monitoring The Kusari Naval Forces movements.
