(If you find any mistake in my English, please let me know via a PM)
(Really, I speak terrible English, so please, tell me if I make mistakes. I'd like to improve it a bit )
if not, have you tried the good old F1 key? helped me out when i was stuck with a train, so might work for you too.
also, when taking off from the planet, go straight forwards without turning at all untill you have cleared the planet as i had exactly the same problem when i brought mine.
If neither helps, then i'm stumped
but PM me or something if you still need help and i'll stop by in stuttgart to see what i can do.
Hopefully be seeing you on our next patrol though  :)
Admins helped me. Thank you.
Battleship is really huge lol the jumpgates are a tricky challenge.
I had an idea how to fix the battleship spinning. IT looks like that probably the shiptypes have different physics. Fighters spin so do freighters. IF there is a way to switch the Battleships to "station" instead "fighter" (if thats even true that their classed like that, i dont know) then they maybe wont spin.
Second idea is that they get an aura like a sun. So every npc will turn away as soon as the proximity is too close. Because the battleship spin horribly the npc screw every patrol up.

Some good ideas there... unfortunetly, the first has been tried before, but you might be going somewhere with the second idea. can you give more info on it?
The problem with battleship spinning appears to be none of the above, guys.
it has to do with mass. To make the ships maneuverable, the mass is near-zero. It's not exactly zero, but awfully close. that's why when you hit it, it can spin or move.

Well BS's are ment to turn like slugs and be stable so why not put the mass up?
Kiggles
I've been mildly miffed by one-shot weapons since their implementation, oh so long ago. I remember the days when fights were a matter of who could aim better, rather than who could aim a single shot. - Virus
