This is Agent Veto with the LSF. It is my sad duty to report that the LSF has had many recent unpleasent and illegal encounters with the group known as the Junkers Congress, transponders .:j:. . This comes after a series of events that took place several months ago detailed Here. This shows that their disregard for Liberty Laws is deep-rooted, even after the Liberty Navies own investigation of their activities.

This chain of events first starts upon encountering an Outcast vessel leaving Puerto Rico. While this vessel in question was not seen directly exiting Puerto Rico, upon positioning my own vessel along its flight path it leads directly away from the jumphole. Given the events listed in incident 2B in the previous reporting database the incident was noticed and marked as cause for future investigation. Our fears were again fulfilled when one of our undercover operatives witnessed a Salvager operating under the designation Terra.Firma was spotted heading to Houston with its load of Cardamine. Upon tracing its angle of approach we discovered it also lead back to Puerto Rico.

After these two events and the events of the previous reports it was decided for LSF to conduct a short-notice raid of Puerto Rico, leading to the siezure of roughly 25,000 units of Cardamine from their facility.

Unfortunately the confiscation was interrupted by the arrival of their own ships who demanded we leave the system immediately and return to Texas despite their own violations of the law. During this process they refused to answer any questions regarding their selling a known narcotic and after a certain point opened fire on =LSF= and [LN] operatives assisting in the siezure.

Due to our desire to prevent any of this group from fleeing and disposing of any potential evidence, it was decided to temporarily blockade and screen all traffic moving in and out of Puerto Rico for a short time. During this time one of our undercover operatives entered Puerto Rico while the blockade was maintained by overt forces of the Liberty Navy, LPI and LSF.
