I'm recording this on behalf of myself and nobody else, curious about future of my recent findings (or rather finding) that somewhat might be connected to you chaps. Few days ago when I was visiting Cambridge, testing my gear right after some quick repairs at one of your stations (Torshavn that is, is it still yours?) and blah-blah-blah... I picked up strange readings that lead me to one of your ships, I belive. It was battered, with guns literally torn out from hull's hardpoints. Took me a while to find it on the edge of the system.
Sadly I wasn't able to identify vessel's callsign (apart from obvious design) nor its last captain's name, however (maybe some good news for you?) there was nobody aboard it. Risking my own life, I decided to repair propulsion systems and bring it back to Torshavn for your technicians to check it.
Well, about my business in it. By non-written laws of spacers, vessels found in deep space belong to the finder of it, that is in that case me (well unless somebody would decide to take it from me by force). If you don't mind meeting with me, and decide about fate of that ship, I'll be waiting somewhere in Cambridge.
I appreciate you actually bothered to ask us... That's a rare thing indeed.
I'm actually suprised there was a destroyed gunboat we didn't salvaged. I'll surely check the database about that ship.
What suprises me even more is that Torhsavn didn't picked up the signal, while you did.
Anyway, I already have few things to attend to at Torshavn, so we'll meet there.
I'll be there soon. I'm more than curious about this case.
