Battlegroup Malachite was established in 819 A.S. to guard the vicinity of Planet Yuma and Sabah Shipyard and ensure the security of the Coronado system as a whole. What forces that aren't deployed to Crayter's possessions within the Taus proper are assigned to the Sabah Orbital Command Station aboard Malachite, and receive their orders from the Fleet Admiral directly.
Officially, this battlegroup consists of the 'Zephyr'-class carriers C.F.V. Malachite, Argentum, and Wolfram, two 'Argus'-class battlecruisers, three 'Thanatos'-class heavy cruisers, and seven 'Hydra'-class gunships, as well as six complements of defensive and offensive fighter and bomber wings.

Battlegroup Helios: (Destroyed in battle)
Battlegroup Helios served as the primary supply hub for Crayter forces operating in the central and southern Tau region. During relatively peaceful times, she maintained the Republic's presence within Tau-29 and guarded much of the corridor through which supplies passed from Coronado to Crayterian holdings in Tau-44 and postings in Tau-37. In late 825 A.S., Helios was attacked and destroyed by the Outcast Dreadnought Basilica, with any remaining escorts mobilizing to rendezvous with Carrier Hades or provide a vanguard for Coronado.
Helios and her battlegroup currently reside in the Fulman Gap in Tau-29, unceremoniously left to idle, and currently serves as a point of initiation for new pilots of the Crayter Military.

Battlegroup Hades: (Out-of-Action - Currently being repaired)
Battlegroup Hades is easily the Crayter Military's most decorated task force, a survivor of the Gallic Invasion of Tau-44 in 818 A.S., and the pride of the Crayter Armed Forces.
Originally serving as the defense for Crayter forces escaping Tau-44, Hades lurked throughout the Tau systems fighting a guerilla war against the Royal Navy. After the defection of Battlegroup Oblique to the Council, Hades returned to Tau-44 to conduct a joint operation to liberate the system.
With Tau-44 secured, Hades moved to the fringe systems in the Northern Taus to combat the Outcasts on their home turf before mobilizing to Tau-31 to participate in Operation Ice Lance, which ultimately crippled the Royal supply to the front line during the pivotal Battle of New London. After the end of the war, Hades remained in Tau-31 stationed at Barra Anchorage until the unjustified invasion of the system by Kusari forced her to retreat to Tau-44 once more. During the final throes of the Second Gallic-Kusari war, two Outcast battlegroups invaded Tau-44, and after a devastating battle Hades was put out of action.
Hades currently sits in drydock at Sabah Shipyard undergoing repairs and rearmament. It is unknown when Hades will return to service, but is projected to do so within the next few months.

Mobile Battlegroups
Battlegroup Valkyrie:
Deployed at 814 A.S. The Battlegroup was first known as the 41st Battlegroup. commemced many operations and was one of the first battlegroups consisted a Carrier within them. Tasked with the interception of Outcast fleets, the battlegroup was specialized at fierce "blitzkrieg" moves. Composed of C.F.V. Valkyrie, 4 Thanatos-Class Cruisers, 14 Hydra-Class Corvettes, several fighter squadrons. One of the interesting charasteristics of the Battlegroup was 'Nyx-Swarms'. Valkyrie was known to throw more and more Nyxes until the suns was blot with them.
C.F.V. Valkyrie:
The Valkyrie is the second Battleship-class prototype ever being produced by the Crayter Republic. As opposed to the other prototype the Valkyrie received propulsion systems along with full operational capabilities. It initially served for dynamics and performance trials, but was later refitted to be able to commence independent combat operations. Despite various problems due to its age, the Valkyrie is the oldest Crayter Capital vessel which is still in active service. The Valkyrie serves under the command of Admiral Naia Myers.
Battlegroup Nemesis:
Deployed at 815 A.S. the 88th Expedition Battlegroup, nowadays known as Battlegroup Nemesis, led by Commodore Kurt Benzen, was mainly formed to conduct expeditions to Omicrons. Eventually, at Omicron Lost they constructed the Supply Depot "Astacus" to conduct researches. After increasing Nomad attacks the Nemesis and researchers had to abandon the depot however.
Nemesis itself and other assets of the Battlegroup commenced and assisted countless operations, including but not limited to Second Exodus, Protecting IMG in Omegas, many conflicts in Taus and Operation Reclamation. Consisted C.F.V. Nemesis, 2 Argus-Class Battlecruisers, 7 Thanatos-Class Cruisers, 28 Hydra-Class Corvettes and several bomber squadrons.
C.F.V. Nemesis:
The Nemesis was constructed at 814 A.S. and it is one of the oldest vessels that are still in service. Starting its life as a Zephyr Mark I Carrier, it later retrofitted to Mark II. Nemesis' Modus Operandi was to utilize maximum speed and evasion, stay at longest range possible and let its bomber squadrons finish the job while providing heavy fire support.
Battlegroup Aurora:
Being tasked with guarding Coronado and especially protection of President, this small battlegroup patrols the home space and provides marines that guard president a mobile home. Sometimes responds to emergencies that requires almost every available unit present, such as an alien incursion. Consists of C.F.V. Aurora, 3 Thanatos-Class Cruisers, 12 Hydra-Class Corvettes, 4 Squadrons of snubcraft, President's personal shuttle Yuma One, and 3 squadrons of freighters in case of emergency supplies are needed.
C.F.V. Aurora
Constructed at 825 A.S. this 'Generation 2.5' Carrier is heavily modified to accomodate President's needs, intended to provide the safety, relative comfort and deterrant to enemies that wants to threaten the President directly, it features President's Quarters, two small Lounges, a Meeting Room and even includes President's favourite cookies as a serveable food. While not being a top-notch Liner comfort, it provides basic functionality that a President may need. That comes with the cost of increased operating costs, lower range and maintenances taking longer, not to mention completely overhauled Cargo storage that is not existing anymore.
Battlegroup Ares:
Deployed at 817 A.S. Ares acted as the Flagship of the Fleet and was the command group. Despite its operational history being lost in the vastness of databanks until 822 A.S., the Ares managed to rewrite its history in short amount of time under the command of Admiral Michael Richard. Just in 2 years, the Battlegroup reached a completed operation count that considered as "excessive" by the Admirality. Battlegroup Ares also participated in the joint operation "Cleanser" with the Order. In that Operation, Outcasts made a coordinated attack with Alien Forces. To save people of Crayter, C.F.V. Ares made a sacrificing, highly dangerous strike run on the Alien Gates, at the cost of heavily injuring Admiral Richard, 300 dead crewmen and four whole squadrons destroyed and Ares barely getting out intact, they made the run successfully. The battlegroup consists of C.F.V. Ares, 6 Thanatos-Class Cruisers, 32 Hydra-Class Corvettes, several squadrons of mixed snubcraft and one squadron of freighters.
C.F.V. Ares
Constructed at early 817 A.S. The Ares was equipped to stand up to the role of Flagship of decorated Admirals and Fleet Admirals. Mostly designed as a C&C(Command and Control) vessel more than a direct command vessel, Ares coordinated all other battlegroups and ensured swift victories. At 822 A.S. Admiral Richard requested the vessel to be refitted as a direct combat vessel while accomodating all the C&C equipment at cost of reduced cargo storage. Until heavily damaged at the Operation "Cleanser", it served as flagship of the Fleet. Ares' M.O. was dishing out as much as damage possible from medium range. Operating with a high risk, high reward mentality they usually approached at the enemy and controlled the distance rather than let the enemy control it. The Ares had over 9 refits and posessed experimental Technologies later transferred to the Phobos.
Battlegroup Phobos:
Battlegroup Phobos acts as current commanding battlegroup and commands other all battlegroups. Having its roots in a split group who called themselves Armed Republic of Crayter which had their own govermental body and its own fleet, they combine people from different ideologies and political views under one banner, Banner of Crayter Fleet. First acted as the command group of Armed Republic and then got integrated into Crayter First Fleet, still continues to act as command group under the leadership of Fleet Admiral Michael Richard. Battlegroup Phobos commanded several Leeds offensives, Operation Reclamation and recently started attacks into Outcast territories. Battlegroup consists of the current flagship of the Fleet, C.F.V. Phobos, 3 Argus-Class Battlecruisers 8 Thanatos-Class Cruisers, 48 Hydra-Class Corvettes, several snubcraft squadrons including a squad solely consisting Taurus Superheavy Fighters, The 17th 'Rapier' SpecOps Squadron and a squad of Freighters retrofitted for combat. As of 825 A.S. entire battlegroup got merged with Battlegroup Olympia.
C.F.V. Phobos
Constructed at 824 A.S. as a 'Generation 2.5' Zephyr-Class Carrier, it raised many eyebrows due to a limited onboard AI unit and automation on some sections that needed crewmen before. The AI which officially known as BAI-824-0908-2222 which named "Corinth". The AI and automation proved to increase effectiveness of the crew and commanding officer, which was Fleet Admiral himself instead of assinging a Captain to the ship. The Phobos, due to its excessively active presence, refitted several times over its service time. First being the flagship of Armed Republic and later First Fleet, Phobos gained experimental upgrades that were installed on Ares over time, although some of them lost their operational capacity on Operation "Cleanser", some of the equipment transferred happened to work flawlessly.
The Phobos' M.O. and loadout changed several times, from being a close range breacher to long range artillery support. Currently acts as Multi-Role with engagement capabilties of several ranges and several ship classes.
Battlegroup Olympia (Destroyed in battle)
First prototype of Deimos Class Dreadnoughts and the new Flagship of the Military, its construction finished at late 824 A.S. Due to some experimental Technologies planned for the Olympia, the ship and corresponding battlegroup got commissioned at early 825 A.S. The battlegroup acts as the new commanding battlegroup and carries the Crayter flag ever onwards. The Battlegroup consists of entire assets of Battlegroup Phobos plus additional 1 Argus-Class Battlecruiser, 6 Thanatos-Class Cruiser and 24 Hydra-Class Corvette.
C.F.V. Olympia (Destroyed in battle)
Armament: CLASSIFIED
Armor: CLASSIFIED
The "Generation 3" Deimos-Class Dreadnought, first of its kind, was constructed by scrapping the last Kronos Battleship sitting at the Sabah Shipyard's drydock to reduce construction costs and alleviate said costs on experimental projects on the ship. A version of "Corinth" AI system is installed until an even more complex system could be made operational. Olympia's M.O. is very different from other battlegroups and their lead vessels, unlike keeping distance and relying on fighter screen, Olympia plows through enemy lines with süperior firepower and endures with superior armor plating.
Battlegroup Hera
One of the lastest build Battlegroup for the First Fleet of the Crayter Military, it's a Battlegroup built to counter-attack the Gallic offensive in the Taus.
Being one of the largest Battlegroup the Republic has ever seen, it counts a a Deimos Dreadnought-Class Vessel , the C.F.V Here, along side the loan C.F.V Iapetus, a Zephyr Mark II Carrier-Class Vessel.
They are escorted by 4 Argus Battlecruiser-Class Vessel, a dozen of Thanatos Cruiser-Class Vessel and many Hydra Corvette-Class.
After the rogue attempt of our last Admiral Zack Xander, captain of our ex-flagship C.F.V. Olympia, the Crayter needed to replace it with something better.
With the ascension of the new Admiral, Amanda Townley, the Republic started to build a new and personalised ship for the Admiral, the C.F.V. Hera.
The lastest generation of Dreadnought-Class Vessel on Crayter's hands, this ship is far superior from its precedent versions.
It has a more superior hull, an improved set of weaponry and a better life quality on the ship.
As the ship will be doing long expeditions, the Crayter wanted to ensure the best of the best in life standards, without forgetting it's a warship.
This vessel is designed to withstand the harshest condition and to lead the Republic's forces in battle to the victory.
Battlegroup Argos
Battlegroup Argos, known officially as Assault Task Force 3, was organized after the loss of Tau-44, and was drafted from the remains of several fleets lost during the invasion. Commanded by Commodore Karen Grey, many of the vessels under 3ATF are veterans of the extensive war with Gallia, and wield the personnel to compliment. Though many of 3ATF's newer additions to replace losses are shining products off the Sabah dockyards, these pale in comparison to the war battered ships that make up her spearhead.
3ATF is comprised of Carrier Argos, Dreadnought Agamemnon, three Argus-class battlecruisers, seven Thanatos-class heavy cruisers, and three dozen Hydra-class corvettes.
Carrier Argos, Hull 46, was one of the many vessels used as life rafts during the Exodus from the Crayter Sector, effectively making her a 'Mark I' Zephyr. Her hull was improved through the years, and was retrofit after the loss of Tau-44 to accept over twice the limit of typical standard Zephyr-class carrier designs. This came at the cost of very few of her secondary weapons, as well as many of the amenities that make living aboard a warship tenable. As such, Argos and her battlegroup are often relegated to defensive roles, where supply is not an issue.
The 39th Battlegroup history is long and violent, the group being formed in the early 813 A.S as part of the Defensive Fleets for Tau 44 system, working closely with the new defunct 44th lead by Rubicon.
The Triton was the first assigned ship, with many to follow, and among them one stood out, the Firestarter.
With the War against the Orange Alliance ranging throughout the Tau 23 and the battles against Bretonia in Tau 31 and Leeds, the Battlegroup saw action as a support unit, mostly securing the rear fronts in Tau 37 and Tau 23 when needed.
Gaul presence forced the Fleet Admiral to recall the 39th back to Tau 44 and it underwent massive repairs and refurbish in the late 817 A.S the Group was once more operational, having added a Kronos Prototype. At the height of it’s power, the 39th fielded a wide array of Argus, Hydra and 20 squadrons of Nyx and Pytho, along with the SAR units, making it a rival to the famous 44th.
During the 815-818 A.S, the Triton battlegroup was assigned to defense of Tau 44 and operations in Tau 23. The group was also used in the battles of Tau 31, Holman offensive strike against the Bretonians, managing to push back the combined Bretonian-Outcast forces back to Harris, with the assistance of41st and Imperial Naval Forces, or the 5D Battle in Tau 37, where it helped repel a major Outcast offensive against the IMG and Crayterian forces and hundreds of small scale battles around the Tau region.
During the Gallic invasion, the 39th was first present in Orkney system where it had been part of the main defense of the system, among with Council and other forces allied to the Republic. The battles were tough and in the end, the Crayter Admiralty was forced to concede the system to the Gallic forces and had to retreat in Tau 23.
Thinking the Gauls could not use the Tau 23, the Group was placed near the Java but once Valors jumped in the system and started to make their way through the field towards Tau 44, the Admiral Board ordered the Zephyr and major capital ships to retreat to Tau 44 and evacuate the civilians, while ordering all the ships, from Hydra to the latest Eros to fight and slow down the Gallic strike force.
The Triton managed to evacuate large swaths of Crayterians but the news from the fighters came, announcing the Valors are near Tau 44 jump hole and it had been ordered once more to enter the fray. Trying to ambush the Gauls near the Jump Hole, theTriton and Firestarter got damaged and they had been forced to retreat near Palawan for emergency repairs. Meanwhile, after their retreat, the remaining Crayterian Fleet in the System had been mostly destroyed and the remnants had been gathering near the Tritonand managed to exit the system on Cruise.
Taking the Group 9 months, they finally managed to enter Tau 29, from which they moved to regroup with the rest of the nation.
During the Gallic wars, the Battlegroup was reduced to almost nothing and the remaining ships had been forced to land on Pecos and being used by civilians as emergency shelters.
In 822 A.S. plans had been made to repair the ships at the newly Shipyard installation, Sabah, plans which finalized in 823 A.S. having added 4 more support ships to the group and a full complement of Nyx and Pytho.
After the Tau 44 reconquest, the 39thhad been assigned to the system, joining the primary Atlantis Battlegroup in defense of the system, commanded by Leto Atreides and Governor Aeryn Condor.
Ships :
At the moment, the 39th is under the command of Leto Atreides and is consisting of: 2 Argus class ships 4 Thanatos class ships, 20 Hydra and 12 modified Hydra class for anti-capital warfare. The battlegroup is also having full complement of fighters, in addition to the wings presented on Minato and Borneo, having under his command 46 squadrons of Nyx, Eros and Pytho.
The Zephyr class Atlantis was commissioned in 822 A.S, right after a large part of the Crayterian Fleet refused to subordinate to the then government and continue to fight in Tau. First being commissioned to assist the Malachite in the protection of Yuma project and Sabah Shipyard, the group was stationed in Coronado. With the expansion of the Republic Forces and the coming home of Vanguard Fleet, the Atlantis was sent to fight in the Tau 31 and Leeds afterwards, but due to threats in Coronado system was retreated from the front line and moved in orbit of Pecos.
The group took also part in the Minerva Siege, but the ship was damaged near Salina by a combined force of Outcasts and Nomad group, leading to serious damage to the ship.
After the fall of Minerva, the ship was repaired to the Sabah Shipyard and was attached to the Battlegroup Hades in the fight for Tau 44. The ship arrived at the right time, when Oblique rebelled and joined Council forces and the Atlantis was given her own battlegroup, consisting at that time of 3 Thanatos class ships, 12 Hydra and a full complement of Nyx and Pythos. Stationed in the Makassar field, the battlegroup fought for each quadrant in the eastern side of the system.
Once the system was taken, the Atlantis was assigned as the guardian of the Tau 44, alongside the CIS Fleet present there.
